D&P Performance isn't a corporate chain with investors to answer to. We're a family-owned powersports dealership founded by Dean Bulloch right here in Cedar City—and we've been serving Southern Utah riders for over 47 years.

Our Story

Dean Bulloch opened D&P Performance in 1978 as a high-performance snowmobile shop. What started as a passion project quickly grew into Southern Utah's go-to destination for powersports vehicles, parts, and service.

Dean isn't just a dealer—he's a racer with 169 wins and 21 championships across motocross, NHRA drag racing, snowmobiles, trials riding, and rock crawling. He's competed at King of the Hammers multiple times, finishing as high as 2nd place in 2015. That racing background means we understand what it takes to keep machines performing at their best, whether you're hitting Brian Head powder, tearing up Sand Hollow, or exploring the trails around Duck Creek.

In late 2016, a fire destroyed much of our dealership. We rebuilt—stronger than before—because this community and these customers are worth it. That's the kind of commitment you get from a local, family-owned business.
